AI Real Estate Videos That Bring Properties To Life

Most projects in Delhi NCR go on sale long before there is anything worth filming, so the buyer is asked to imagine a finished tower while standing in front of a plot, a few columns and a site office.
PageJi is a real estate AI video agency in Delhi, based in Vikaspuri, and we make AI property videos that show what a camera cannot film yet: an under-construction project as it is planned to look, the finished lobby and amenities, and the story of the locality around it, told in the Hinglish your buyers actually speak. We have made these videos for a real estate builder ourselves: some showed the finished project and the locality around it, others told a story through a character, and the builder used them on Instagram, on WhatsApp and to show the project to buyers. We make each one like a short film of 30 seconds to a minute that opens with a hook, so the viewer stays to the end, which is why the problems and fixes you will read here come from that work, not from a tool's demo reel.
That is also why we don't treat AI video as a cheaper shoot, because until the flats are ready it is how buyers get to see the project you are selling, as long as it stays true to the approved plans and is labelled honestly. For AI ad creatives for other kinds of businesses, our AI video ads agency in Delhi page covers that side.

What Can a Real Estate AI Video Show That a Camera Can't?
A real estate AI video can show buyers a project before it exists: the finished building on what is still a construction site, a lobby or clubhouse that is still on paper, and a locality story that connects the home to the roads, markets and schools around it. A camera can only film what already stands, and that gap is where AI video helps.
The under-construction project, finished. When the tower is still at slab level, the video can show the building as the approved plans and the architect's renders describe it, built from material the builder already has rather than a look the tool invents, so the buyer sees what they are paying for instead of scaffolding.
The lobby, amenities and sample interiors. Buyers decide with their feelings as much as with the price sheet, and moving through a finished lobby or planned clubhouse does that far better than a still render, as long as the scenes stay within what the project will deliver, because a pool that is not in the plan quietly becomes a promise the builder has to keep.
The locality story. In Delhi NCR people buy the area as much as the flat, so a short video can show what daily life around the project looks like, from the morning commute to the evening market, as long as every place and connection in it comes from the builder's verified details.
Hinglish explainers, characters and reels. We write property video scripts in Hinglish, the way a buyer in Delhi would ask a question at a site office, and a recurring presenter or mascot can answer buyers' usual questions about layouts, possession or payment plans using only information the builder has confirmed. The same scenes can then be cut into a launch teaser, an amenities reel and a locality reel for Instagram and WhatsApp.
How does an AI property video compare with a shoot or a 3D walkthrough?
Each one does a different job, so most projects end up needing more than one of them at different stages.
AI property video | Traditional shoot | 3D walkthrough | |
Best for | Projects not built yet, lifestyle and locality stories, many short versions | Ready-to-move flats, sample flats, site progress, real buyer testimonials | Exact layouts and room-by-room planning |
Can it show an unbuilt project? | Yes, from approved plans and renders, labelled as an AI visualisation | No, only what exists on the day of the shoot | Yes, from architectural drawings |
How exact is it? | Close to the plans, but small details can drift, so every scene is checked | Exactly what the camera sees | Precise on layout and dimensions |
People and Hinglish voice | Presenters, mascots and Hinglish voiceovers without casting | Needs actors, a crew and a location | Usually no people, with a voiceover added separately |
Weak spot | Must never be passed off as real footage, so it needs a label | Cannot show what isn't built yet | Accurate but often feels cold, with little story |
Why Do AI Property Videos Go Wrong, and How Do We Fix Them?
Most AI property videos go wrong because the tool is left to guess, so faces change between clips, voices shift, and small details like hands and expressions come out strangely. We fix this with clear, specific instructions, reference images and a storyboard, which give the AI video tool far more clarity than a one-line prompt.
Faces and voices that change between clips. We saw this ourselves while making AI videos for a builder, because an AI video is made clip by clip, and unless the tool gets the same reference every time, the presenter in the second clip can look like a cousin of the one in the first, with a slightly different voice too. What helped was attaching reference images for every character and working from a storyboard, which keeps the same person on screen far more reliably than a description alone.
A mascot with frozen eyes. In one property video, the mascot's eyes stayed wide open with no reaction in a scene that needed some expression, and the way through was the same as for the other problems: clearer, more specific instructions about the expression we wanted, because the tool can only show what it understands.
A scene with three hands. One scene came out with three hands instead of two, which a viewer may not consciously notice but which makes the whole video feel wrong. We told the tool clearly to show two hands and fixed the scene, and it is a good reason to watch every clip closely before it goes into the edit.
The building faces the same risk, since balconies, windows or the facade can shift between angles when the tool is guessing, which is why the project's own renders and plans should guide every scene, so a buyer who later visits the site recognises what they saw.
In our experience no single clever prompt solves any of this, and it gets better with practice and with choosing the AI video tool that suits each project.
How Long Does It Take to Make a Real Estate AI Video?
Real Estate AI Video for Delhi NCR Builders and Brokers
Property in Delhi NCR sells differently from one area to the next, so a real estate AI video for a builder floor in Dwarka should not look like one for a high-rise in Gurgaon.
West Delhi: Vikaspuri, Janakpuri and Dwarka. Many buyers here are looking at builder floors and resale homes, where the street, the market and the neighbours matter as much as the flat, so a locality story and a Hinglish explainer that answers a family's questions usually do more than a glossy tower shot. Since we work from Vikaspuri ourselves, these are neighbourhoods we know first-hand.
Gurgaon and Noida. New launches and under-construction towers are a big part of the market here, which is exactly where AI video helps most, since the building buyers are paying for may still be going up. These videos need careful labelling and a close match to the approved renders, and they work best when buyers can also find the project in search afterwards, which our pages on real estate SEO in Gurgaon and real estate SEO in Noida cover.
What happens after the video. A property video only pays off when the buyer who watches it can reach you quickly, and we have seen this from the marketing side too, because we have handled local SEO, listing creatives, a WhatsApp property assistant and Meta ads for a Delhi NCR real estate consultancy. In that work WhatsApp brought a better response than other lead routes, since the buyer could message or call at the same moment they saw the ad, which is why a property video works best when it ends with a WhatsApp route and an AI assistant for real estate that can answer the first questions straight away.
Can AI make a video of a flat that isn't built yet?
Is AI Video Allowed in Property Ads Under RERA and ASCI Rules?
Yes, AI video can be used in property ads, but the RERA Act counts publicity for a project in any medium as an advertisement, so an AI video carries the same honesty rules as a brochure, while ASCI's new guidelines add that showing an unbuilt project with AI needs a clear label.
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 defines an advertisement in Section 2(b) as any document issued as an advertisement "through any medium", including "publicity in any form", that informs people about a real estate project, which covers a video on Instagram or WhatsApp. Section 11(2) requires it to prominently mention the RERA authority's website address and the project's registration number, and under Section 12, a buyer who pays an advance or deposit on the basis of incorrect or false information in an advertisement and suffers a loss is entitled to compensation from the promoter.
The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) issued its Guidelines for Responsible Labelling of Synthetically Generated Content in Advertising in September 2026. They say AI content needs a label when it materially influences a buyer's decision and leaving the label out would mislead, and one of their own examples is "a 3D model of an unbuilt housing complex". They suggest labels such as "Audio/Video created using AI" or "Audio/Video enhanced using AI", prohibit depicting non-existent locations as if they were real even with a label, and take effect three months after publication, which falls at the end of December 2026.
In practice, an AI property video should stay within what the approved plans and the builder's verified details support, label its AI scenes clearly, and carry the RERA registration number and website like any other ad for the project. Adding amenities, views or surroundings the project will not have is the real risk, because an untrue scene loses a buyer's trust fast and, under Section 12, can cost the builder as the promoter responsible for the ad.
Which is the best real estate AI video agency in delhi?
Is an AI Property Video Just a Cheaper Shoot?
No, and comparing the two only on cost misses what each one is for, since a one-minute AI video still takes hours of careful creation after the script is written. It earns its place by showing what a camera cannot film yet, in Hinglish versions for different buyers and platforms, while a real shoot of a ready flat or sample flat builds a kind of trust AI should never try to fake. That is why, for most projects, the sensible plan is AI video while the building is going up and real footage once there is something real to show.
