A CA firm website built within ICAI's rules
Many CA firms in Delhi NCR still have a website made years ago: a home page, a list of services and a contact form, and nobody is quite sure what ICAI now allows on it after the revised Code of Ethics came into force on 1 April 2026. Meanwhile, clients search Google or ask ChatGPT things like "CA for GST notice in Janakpuri", and the firms that answer those questions clearly are the ones they find.
PageJi builds and rebuilds websites for CA firms that follow ICAI's Guidelines on Advertisements and Websites line by line and are planned to be found in Google and in AI answers. We write the service pages, partner details and knowledge articles in the factual, "pull" style ICAI expects, set up the technical side so search engines and AI tools can read the site, and check every line with you before it goes live. A clear, correct website usually helps a firm in two ways at once: it is the safer choice under ICAI's rules, and it gives Google and AI tools real answers to show when someone searches for a CA.

What Does a Website for a CA Firm Include?
A website for a CA firm has to do something unusual: explain your services well enough that a business owner understands them, without slipping into the kind of selling that ICAI's guidelines do not allow. Here is what we build, and what each part can do for your firm.
Service pages written in pull mode. Each service, such as GST, income tax, company formation, audit or virtual CFO work, gets its own page that a visitor reaches by choosing it, written as plain information rather than a pitch. This usually means a business owner finds the exact service they searched for, and Google has a clear page to show for each one.
Firm and partner details that match ICAI records. We set out the firm's name, year of establishment, offices, partners and their qualifications exactly as they appear in ICAI's records. Where they apply, ICAI's journal (August 2026) confirms a firm may also mention its Peer Review status, its AQMM level as reviewed, and its affiliation with a network registered with ICAI.
Knowledge articles and educational videos. Short, accurate articles on the questions your clients actually ask, such as a GST notice, a TDS default or ITR due dates, plus educational videos or podcasts, which ICAI's journal confirms members may publish. These are also the pages AI tools are most likely to quote.
Client names only with permission. If you want to mention clients, ICAI now allows names with the client's permission, and for services that are not exclusive to CAs, the nature of the work too. We keep these lines factual and add them only after you confirm the permission.
A client portal and contact options you approve. We can add a secure document upload area for clients and the enquiry and contact options you are comfortable with, so clients reach the right person without long email chains.
Newsletters only where push is allowed. The revised Code lets firms use push methods, such as emailed updates, for services that are not exclusive to the CA profession, like accounting or consultancy. We set these up only for those services and keep exclusive services such as statutory audit in pull mode.
Fast, mobile-friendly and easy to update. We build on Wix or WordPress, keep pages light so they open quickly on a phone, and set it up so your team can add an article or update a due date without calling us. Our website designing company in Delhi page explains how we design business websites in general.
How Can a CA Firm Get Found in Google and AI Answers Within ICAI's Rules?
A CA firm gets found in Google and AI answers the same way ICAI expects it to present itself: by being clear, factual and easy to read, so that when someone searches or asks an AI tool a question, your page holds the answer. Search and AI answers are pull by nature, because the visitor comes looking, which is why SEO for CA firms fits the rules well when it is done with care.
Pages built around real questions. We turn the questions clients ask you every week into headings, and answer each one in the first two or three lines, in plain words. AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews tend to pick up short, direct answers like these.
FAQs with matching structured data. Each service page gets real questions and answers, marked up so search engines understand them, which gives your firm a better chance of showing for the long, specific searches business owners type.
The same details everywhere. Your firm name, address and phone number are kept identical on the website, in directories and on any listing you choose, and matched to ICAI's records. ICAI's journal (August 2026) notes that directories now fall within ICAI's definition of a write-up, and ICAI encourages members to list on its own CA Connect portal.
No claims an AI tool cannot check. Lines like "best CA firm in Delhi" give an AI tool nothing to verify, and ICAI's website advisory of October 2020 listed claims such as "best quality services" and "why choose us" sections among the things a firm's website should not carry. We write what you do, where, and for whom, which is both safer and easier to quote.
We follow the same answer-first approach on our own pages and for our clients, and our blog on what an AI SEO agency in Delhi actually does explains how AI search works in more detail.
How Does It Work, and How Long Does It Take?
CA Firm Websites Across Delhi NCR
Our office is in Vikaspuri, so we know how CA firms in West Delhi, from Janakpuri to Dwarka, are found by the shop owners, builders and small companies around them, and we work with firms in South Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida in the same way. A website for chartered accountants in Gurgaon may need to explain startup and company compliance clearly, while a firm in Janakpuri may be found mostly for GST and income tax, so the pages follow the work each firm really does.
We have not built a website for a CA firm yet, so we will not show you one. What we bring is the website and search work we have done for other businesses. For an Australian venture company we planned a 30-page corporate website, built its information architecture and ran a 48-question discovery process, which is how we approach a firm with many services. We have rebuilt and migrated a site of about 1,500 pages, which taught us how to move an old website without losing what already works. For Abhishek Buildwell, a real estate consultancy in Vikaspuri, Janakpuri and Karol Bagh, we handled local SEO and built property filtering on its website, and the website reached the first page of Google. For Petalona we wrote SEO and AEO copy, and both businesses have been seen in Google's AI answers for their local areas.
Local search also matters for CA firms, since many clients look for a CA near their office. Our blog on why most Delhi businesses fail to rank on Google Maps covers that side.

What Changed for CA Firm Websites on 1 April 2026?
ICAI's revised 13th edition of the Code of Ethics applies from 1 April 2026, and ICAI's press release of 12 December 2025 says it gives members more freedom in the "write-up" of advertisements, allows push methods for services that are not exclusive to the CA profession, and lets network firms registered with ICAI keep their own websites.
In practice, that opens a few doors and leaves others closed, and a good website uses the first without stepping into the second.
Now possible (where it applies) | Still best kept off the website |
Push updates and newsletters for non-exclusive services like accounting or consultancy | Push promotion of exclusive services such as statutory audit |
Client names with the client's permission, plus the nature of work for non-exclusive services | Client names or work details without permission |
Peer Review status, AQMM level and registered network affiliation | Claims like "best CA firm" or "why choose us" (ICAI website advisory, 2020) |
Educational articles, videos and podcasts | Testimonials naming clients (ICAI website advisory, 2020) |
Listing in directories and on ICAI's CA Connect portal | Listing exclusive services on commercial aggregator apps |
Some firms in Delhi NCR are already updating their websites for the new rules, and the ones that do it carefully tend to look more trustworthy to clients and clearer to search engines at the same time. We read the current ICAI guidelines before writing each page and mark any line you should check, because the final word on what your firm says is always yours. If you are rebuilding a larger site, our website development page explains how we plan and build it.

What Should Your Firm Prepare Before We Start?
It helps to have your firm's details exactly as they appear in ICAI's records, the partners' names and qualifications, the list of services you want on the site, and whether you are a member of a network registered with ICAI. If you want client names on the site, keep the clients' written permission ready. A list of the twenty questions clients ask you most, from GST notices to ITR deadlines, gives us the best starting point for your articles and FAQs, and access to your current website, domain and Google account lets us move everything without losing what already works.
