Abhishek Buildwell found that WhatsApp brought a better response than their other lead routes, but a human team was answering the chats, so replies often took a long time. We built an assistant on the WhatsApp Cloud API with Google Sheets behind it, so it answers from their own listings, saves every enquiry, books site visits into time slots with a confirmation sent and shares their website link for full details. Buyers usually ask the price first, then about amenities, the exact location, possession and any hidden charges, and when someone asks which property is best, the assistant stays neutral and explains which one suits which needs, because every buyer wants something different. When a buyer wants to talk to a person, the chat goes to the team, who usually reply within an hour or two. Once answers came quickly, buyers asked more follow-up questions and wanted more detail to make up their minds, and we still manage the assistant for them today.
